GETTING TO KNOW:

I have been a professor at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Organizational Sciences since 2022. I enjoy working with students, providing new and interesting materials, and improving knowledge and skills through interactive lectures. I am dedicated to supervising final and master theses and providing full support to students in employment and continuing education. International experience from other universities where I taught and advice from more experienced colleagues immensely helped. Scientific and research work fulfils me, and I am proud that, as a mentor and commentator, I have carried out two doctorates so far, one of which was awarded at the OECD IAOS conference in 2018. In addition, I am the holder of the grandmaster title in chess.

MY BUSINESS BIOGRAPHY:

I completed my undergraduate, MSc, and PhD studies at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Organizational Sciences. I have worked at the Department of Operational Research and Statistics since 2009. I taught several subjects in previous years and supervised more than 60 graduate and 30 master theses. I have been awarded several times as one of the best lecturers in student semester polls. I have published over 50 papers indexed in the Web of Science and cited over 600 times. In addition, I have participated in several domestic and international projects.

PANACEA AND ME:

PANACEA is the Project that will allow me to influence important areas for the community together with an exceptional team. I would especially emphasize that this Project is an excellent opportunity to improve my leadership skills and integrate the different expertise of team members from three outstanding higher education institutions. It is a chance to create a strong team unity foundation and achieve even better results in future work. PANACEA motivates me to learn, develop, and help others every day. I am aware that being competitive in the field of higher education requires sacrifice, dedication, and adaptability. I believe the Project will make it possible to strengthen ties with colleagues from different scientific areas, jointly publish papers in leading international journals, and strengthen capacities for the successful management of European projects.
