ABOUT ME:

I was born in Užice, Serbia where I finished both elementary and high school. I graduated in 2011 from the Faculty of Economics University of Belgrade where I also obtained the Ph.D. degree in 2020. Employed as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics University of Belgrade. In working with students, I find inspiration and motivation to continuously learn and improve my knowledge.  I always search for innovative ways of working with students and try to bring proven practices from the world’s most renowned universities to our classrooms.

MY PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY:

I teach several courses at the Faculty of Economics (Enterprise Economics, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Core Management Concepts in undergraduate studies, Investment Management, Business Analysis and Business Plan in MSc studies and Strategic Entrepreneurship in PhD studies). I conducted professional training on the Creation, evaluation of business ideas and development of business plans, and Investment risk management. In addition, through training high school teachers, I supported introducing the Economy and Business program in the gymnasiums. I participate in various domestic and international projects (Horizon 2020, Erasmus+, etc.), international conferences, and summer schools. I have received several awards and scholarships from various institutions and the University of Belgrade award for the best scientific research paper in social sciences. I have published several chapters in monographs and many papers in national and international journals.

PANACEA AND ME:

PANACEA connects scientists from three faculties who share knowledge, experience, enthusiasm for work, and positive energy. I expect we will improve our knowledge about the Sharing Economy through joint work on the Project in the upcoming years. By setting the foundations for strengthening the capacity of the sharing economy community, we will develop society’s awareness of its importance for Serbia, as well as meet and connect to numerous stakeholders who will help us achieve all this and more. Furthermore, cooperation with the excellent PANACEA team will improve me as a scientist and researcher, resulting in scientific publications in the most prominent international journals, and mark the beginning of new, joint project challenges.
